All-out on location
We are the last building on Sathorn Road, past Soi Sathorn 16 and almost at Charoen Krung. A few more steps and you are in the old riverside quarter by the Chao Phraya. Literally the end of the road.
Street Seafood & Dim Sum · Sathorn
A small shophouse kitchen serving Andaman seafood straight from small-boat fishermen, and dim sum folded by hand every morning.
Why three ด’s?
The name isn’t a typo. We wrote three ด’s on purpose — one for each thing we refuse to compromise on.
We are the last building on Sathorn Road, past Soi Sathorn 16 and almost at Charoen Krung. A few more steps and you are in the old riverside quarter by the Chao Phraya. Literally the end of the road.
Our seafood comes from Andaman fishing families who still work traps the traditional way, lifted once a fortnight. We take whatever the sea gives — and in monsoon season, sometimes nothing at all.
Our chefs have over twenty years behind the wok — cooking the familiar Thai dishes properly, full-flavoured and unhurried, and folding dim sum fresh each day so the ingredients can show what they are worth.
From sea to plate
The fishermen use the Japanese technique called Ikejime: the fish is bled the moment it is landed, halting the processes that dull the flesh. What arrives is firm, clean and naturally sweet — sashimi grade. Our squid is chosen from cell squid alone and kept in seawater the whole journey, never touching fresh water.
The signature plate
Crisp soft-shell crab + lump crab meat
Wok-hot crab fried rice, crowned with a whole crisp soft-shell crab and then buried under lump crab meat picked fresh that morning. Crunch, sweetness and wok aroma in one plate — the dish our guests come back for.
Limited portions each day — calling ahead is recommended.

What guests say
A lovely little place. The food is fresh and full-flavoured, the ingredients are good, and the price is fair. That seafood dipping sauce is something else!
Charebelle · Local Guide
The owner and chef genuinely care — starting from how they choose ingredients. They are not chasing the lowest cost, they are chasing the highest quality.
